These are one's that I have created, hopefully they will give you inspiration:

-Pretend you are a group of carolers (in the fall). Forget the words to the carols.
-Get a pic with a police man/officer
-go to a clothing/apparel store and ask if they have seen you lost llama “Gertrude” wandering around the store. Act upset, and insist that you swore it walked in the store. Randomly call “Gertrude! Come to Mommy!” Accuse the store of “abducting my innocent llama!” This conversation should be audable for the whole store to hear, and cause some commotion.
-Go to a Diner and ask for firewood.
-Go to a Chinese Restaurant and only order water.
-pic with a stranger
-pretend to hitchhike for a set time
-serenade people in the town square/a common place in a flat area.
-team walks around normally, having a normal conversation, when the time is right, one person needs to randomly burst into song, and the rest join in singing.
-go to a store, complain about something, ask to see the manager, as soon as the manager comes, immediately start speaking a different language
-get a piece of chalk and start a game of hopscotch on a common sidewalk
-dress up as an old man (make sure you have a cane) and yell at hooligans
-dress up as characters from the Wizard of Oz and use a common sidewalk as your yellow brick road.
-at the town square, hold a protest for a made up cause. Be committed to the protest/cause. If someone asks what you are protesting, tell them “I’m sorry I don’t sprechen English.”
-dress up in army clothes and march through town saluting at random people and cars

Go to a random resturant and order some long rediculous order then when it comes insist that its not what you order and make a huge scene

walk down the street with a bag that looks like it has a body and mumble "i didn't mean to" over and over (if the cops show just drop it and run)

stop in front of a restuarant with a large window and start to have a fight with your friend and make a huge scene. Begin to yell at one another until everyone in the restuarant is looking or someone tries to help break you up
